The increase in greenhouse gases causing global warming,humankind is facing serious environmental problems and sustainable development is facing serious challenges.Reducting greenhouse gas emissions and low-carbon development is the future direction of development.The construction industry is an important aspect of the greenhouse.The main building consumes a lot of energy in the building life cycle,which generated numerous carbon emissions,especially during the use,and its energy consumption for different households is far different.With the economic development and accelerated urbanization,the urban population increased rapidly,meanwhile with the expanding of urban areas,the number of urban residential buildings grow rapidly.The study on Urban residential carbon emissions factors and energy conservation responses to mitigate environmental problems caused by greenhouse gases is significant.Taking Chongqing as an example,we analyze and study factors of urban re sidential carbon emissions,energy consumption,power drivers and causal mechan isms of energy saving,to put forward energy saving measures and recommendati ons according to research findings.First,the existing carbon emission calculation methods are analyzed and compared in this study to determine the applicable urban residential carbon emissions calculation method.Based on literature review analysis,drawing on existing research results,Binding with field research,expert advice and other methods initially establish urban residential carbon emission factors index system and use SPSS to analyse the correlation of expert scoring results.according to the selection principles of factors establish factors system of urban residential carbon emissions that is suitable for this study.Secondly,research for obtain data to build residential carbon emissions decision table,then calculate the importance of factors by Rough set method,and obtain the order of factors' degree.according to Reduction of carbon emissions build the rules of decision and calculate the degree of main factors to the membership of each decision value of carbon emissions in order to identify the cause of urban residential high carbon emissions,and then proposed the ideas that the rules can be use for the residential carbon emission levels evaluation and application of energy saving and emissionreductionFinally,according to conclusion of factors,we analyze urban residential carbon emissions and energy savings causal relationship driven dynamic mechanism.combining with the actual area of Chongqing city housing,this article propose energy saving measures and recommendations from a macro perspective,and propose management measures of energy saving and feasible recommend for individual households from the microscopic point.
