According to estimate, the annual CO2produced by the field of architectureaccounts for one-third of the society’s total carbon emissions, the implementation of theenergy efficiency goals has become urgent. In recent years, China has attached greatimportance to research on green ecological architecture, which has made manyachievements. However, These researches and applications mainly focused on the usestage of the buildings, researches on the construction energy conservation and emissionsreduction are still weak, limited to the civilization construction and green construction.The standards or quotas of construction energy and carbon emissions have not beenestablished, and constraint mechanisms are the same. Therefore, researches on the rulesof carbon emissions in the construction stage, formulate the standards of constructioncarbon emissions, establishing mechanisms for energy conservation and emissionsreduction, etc. has important theoretical and practical significance.This article is based on how to measure and how to reduce the carbon emissions onconstruction phase,which analysis the factors affecting the carbon emissions inconstruction phase and use the theory of rough set to find the most important factors.Inorder to find the calculation models,the article puts factors of electricity and oil into thecarbon emissions measurement system, researchs and describes three energy carbonemission factor.Then base on the Carbon emissions statistics,the article establishes theconstruction of carbon emissions standards and use the standards.we use the rough settheory and the rosetta software output the decision rules,and use the rules to set updatabase which can predict proposed building’ construction carbonemissions.Finally,This article takes the perspective of construction enterprises,and Putforward the measures and countermeasures to low carbon construction. Through the research of low carbon construction,this article find the calculationmodels and establishes the construction of carbon emissions standards.In themeantime,this article set up database to predict proposed building’ construction carbonemissions.Finally,this article show the low carbon construction measures andcountermeasures from the technical,management and economic aspects.This topic is being by the construction energy consumption quota standardssupport.
