CHF soil stabilizer is a kind of new environmental protection material with independent intellectual property rights,which can improve the strength and durability of the soil.Gravel material is one of the raw materials used widely in engineering construction,with the rapid development of the modernization limited aggregate resources consumed largely,the exploitation of sand resources also bring a series of environmental problems.Soil is the most extensive and cheap resource in engineering,but its strength is low and unstable,which restricts the application of soil in engineering construction.This paper takes shale soil and sand clay in Chongqing area as raw material,using the solidified soil reinforcement technology principle,through researching the influence of in the soil mixed with a certain amount of cement,lime and CHF soil stabilizer to the propertie such as solidified soil unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,freeze-thaw stability and CBR,to explore the adaptability of soil and CHF soil stabilizer a kind of new ionic soil stabilizer,it has important significance in improving the use value of the soil in the project and saving resources.The main work is as follows:(1)Through changing soil water content,using the standard hammer test method research the optimum water content and maximum dry density of shale soil and sand clay;based on the optimum moisture content of raw materials,by changing the water content,using the standard hammer test method explore the optimum water content and maximum dry density of the mixture: soil + cement + lime + CHF soil stabilizer.(2)At the front,on the basis of the optimum moisture content,through the adoption parameter of different cement,lime and CHF soil stabilizer,design orthogonal test,the solidified soil 7d unconfined compressive strength as the design objective,to explore the optimum mix proportion.(3)Formed solidified soil specimen with the optimum mix proportion,by studying the influence of different solidification scheme to unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,freeze-thaw stability and CBR of the solidified soil,and combined with the solidified mechanism of CHF soil stabilizer to solidified soil,to explore the adaptability of CHF soil stabilizer and soil.(4)According to the existing examples of CHF soil stabilizer using engineering,and the matters needing attention in the process of test,design construction process of this kind of solidified soil;Combined with each raw material price of Chongqing area,analysis the economy of CHF soil stabilizer used in the engineering construction.The results show that the use of CHF soil stabilizer can not only improve the strength of the unconfined compression strength,CBR and freeze-thaw stability of solidified soil,but also save resources and shorten the duration of the project.The effect that CHF soil stabilizer with shale soil is better,showing a better adaptability.
