Now most of the highway subgrade is the use of various sizes of paving stone after crushing strength. The construction process requires a lot of transport all kinds of stone material, artificial and mechanical consumption is huge, the cost is higher also. In this paper we consider using soil curing agent for sand or soil curing, so that instead of the original rock foundation.Soil curing agent is a kind of by a variety of inorganic and organic composite materials. Soil curing agent is a new kind of earthwork composite material, is used for reinforcement of soil. Force variability in the change of the original soil loose, such as physical properties, mechanical properties, it has excellent performance. Soil firming agent is the construction area of the original soil and curing agent by mechanical stirring evenly mixed. After mixing through a series of soil firming agent and soil dissolved ionization, thus change of soil moisture content, porosity, lower cementing soil particles and so on. Also can improve the stiffness and strength of the soil at the same time, makes the soil into a compact, high performance gel material. At the same time, if the soil curing agent after curing, also has the water stability, crack resistance and so on a series of road performance. In highway subgrade construction process, we proposed a lot of soil stabilizer solidified soil is used to replace the original gravel compaction foundation, so there will always be lower engineering cost, simple construction technology, excellent performance, convenient construction, short construction period, wide using range and so on a series of advantages. If can reduce the use of gravel with large extension at the same time, in order to reduce the transportation cost in engineering to achieve the effect of environmental and economic benefits are good.
