In order to make full use of the rich coastal dredging silt cheap resources,while saving the cost of the project,we propose the use of the incorporation of the flocculant flocculation formed soil filled geotextile bags poured into the sea to build envisaged cofferdam.In first phase of the guangdong huizhou,tsuen wan,port coal terminal engineering reclamation silt as the research object,first of all,according to the beaker test and the suction filter test to determine the appropriate type and amount of flocculant dosage,on the basis of this small mold bag model test experiment was carried out,the test process in various experimental phenomena and test data are analyzed.The results show that there is some correlation between the test results show the advantages of mud flocculation most often associated with the absolute value of Zeta potential is close to zero between the same size and mud flocculation Zeta potential values,in Zeta potential value as flocculation treatment effect evaluation method is feasible.Through beaker test and the suction filter test with different testing scheme index contrast analysis,finally chose to make mud rapidly forming large flocs,dehydration effect is good and low amount of flocculant,a total of 4 kinds of flocculant 6 kinds of additives for subsequent small mold bag test.When mold bag test different scenarios in addition to considering the effects of the type and dosage of flocculants,but also consider the impact of the type of soil,consolidation time and type of mold bag.Different types of sample flocculation soil strength and modulus of compression and consolidation time,type and dosage of flocculant,the moisture content,localized,mold bag type selection and sample size,and analyzes the relationship between its and related factors.muddy dredging soil samples for guangdong huizhou port area,nonionic polypropylene(NPAM)milling amine curing effect is best,can make the mud rapidly forming large flocs,dehydration effect is good,and add quantity is less,the charge injection mold bag inside of the engineering properties of soil sample in improved,basic meet the requirements of engineering use.Mucky use dredged soil,flocculant,flocculation seawater stirring to form large packs of soil as filling materials to build a new dike cofferdam core structure,the lack of sand Huizhou Port area both play the advantages of large packs,but also on the spot drawn,shorten the construction period,with great economic and socialbenefits,greater application value,flocculation soil cofferdam construction of offshore engineering applications provides a good reference.
