In Mold assembly technology as advanced molding technology is developing rapidly, has been applied to many areas, also more and more application in car inner decoration process, may soon become the main molding method of automobile interior parts manufacturing. In this paper, automotive interior parts Moldflow software with built-in cup holder simulation analysis, the modeling techniques within the assembled mold design ideas and optimum process parameters provide a reference for the actual production.The main work and achievements are as follows:1. describes the status of the development of domestic and foreign automotive interior parts, analyzes the concept and state of the art in-mold assembly technology.2. Within the assembly about the basics of modeling techniques, the method for forming the inner and abroad several common mold assembly techniques are introduced, analyzes can be applied in-mold assembly techniques commonly used combinations of materials.3.
