Multi-ribbed composite wallboard structure is a new type of assembled structure system.Its application in granary construction can realize the assembled construction of granary,improve the industrialization level of granary construction,change the disadvantages of clay brick construction in traditional granary wall,save arable land,protect environment,reduce the labor cost of construction site and control construction quality easily.Multi-ribbed composite wallboard is the basic bearing unit of multi-ribbed barn wall.The mechanical properties of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under grain load are very important for its application in barn construction.In this paper,a single multi-ribbed composite wallboard is taken as the research object.The stress and deformation of the multi-ribbed composite wallboard under grain lateral pressure are studied through experimental research,finite element simulation analysis,theoretical analysis and calculation method.Based on the current formulas for calculating the short-term stiffness of flexural members,a formula for calculating the deflection of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under grain lateral pressure is proposed by introducing the correction coefficient of stiffness variation.The main research contents are as follows:1.In this paper,a 1/2 scale static loading test of multi-ribbed composite wallboard is carried out.The bearing capacity,failure process,failure mode,deformation performance and crack development of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under grain lateral pressure are studied.The influence of filling blocks on the mechanical properties of the wallboard is discussed.The failure mode,deformation,bearing capacity and energy consumption are also compared with those of silo walls built with clay bricks.2.The bearing capacity of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under grain lateral pressure is studied by using ABAQUS,a large-scale general finite element software.The whole process of internal force and deformation development under grain load is simulated and analyzed.The stress form of multi-ribbed composite wallboard is truly reflected and compared with the experimental results.3.The internal force and deflection of multi-ribbed composite wallboard are calculated by using the internal force calculation method of two-way multi-ribbed floor structure and the internal force calculation method of reinforced concrete two-way slab structure.The applicability of the two calculation methods to multi-ribbed composite wallboard is analyzed based on the theoretical calculation and experimental results.4.Combining with the test data,the comparison and analysis of the two calculation methods show that the deflection calculation of multi-ribbed composite wallboard in elastic stage can be carried out by two-way slab calculation method.In the post-cracking stage,the influence of the rib cracks on the cross-section stiffness should be considered.The reduction factor of the cross-section stiffness is proposed,and the deflection calculation formula suitable for multi-ribbed composite wallboard under grain lateral pressure is derived.
