In recent years,with the maturity and popularization of capillary radiation air conditioning technology,more and more attention by the architect,application in the actual construction is also more widely.But failure problems of the new air conditioning technology in the actual operation are followed,giving users great trouble.The current research on capillary radiation air conditioning system faults is less,once the system failure,can refer to the little information,combined with the high degree of automation system,if we can only rely on the relevant professional maintenance personnel experience of testing and maintenance,the ultimate success of the fault diagnosis will become passive.It is necessary to establish a comprehensive fault diagnosis system for the new air conditioning technology to solve current problems.Based on the capillary radiation air conditioning actual engineering system,this paper analyzes and collects the structure and working principle of the system.The fault tree analysis method is proposed to study of the air conditioning system fault,introduces the characteristics of fault tree analysis method and the building method of the fault tree model,and selects two typical fault of the system "capillary radiation room temperature is too high in summer " and "capillary radiation room appear condensation in summer " as the top event.After the establishment of the corresponding fault tree model,respectively on the two fault tree carries on the qualitative analysis and the upstream method to solve the minimum cut sets to find out the weak links of the system and prone to fault factors and provide the basis for the expert system knowledge base for later.Based on fault tree analysis of capillary radiation air conditioning,this paper designs the fault diagnosis expert system.The frame model and function of the expert system are introduced and the contents and functions of each module of the expert system are realized in turn based on the established fault tree model.Knowledge base: The Framework Law for transformation and representation of knowledge,fault phenomena verification and fault repair advice are added to the knowledge base and it integrated knowledge base management module;Reasoning explanation module: Combined with experts in the field of the corresponding maintenance experience and thinking logic dimension way,take the forward reasoning strategy of reasoning.Finally,B / S interactive page and visual fault diagnosis expert system is designed by JAVA,JSP programming language.Through its practical air conditioning system failure tests indicate radiation capillary fault diagnosis expert system established is effective and can be applied to reality.
