PEC column fabricated with Crimping using the flange edge and adding Rachel lath,Reducing the traditional PEC column bidirectional stiffness differences and lack of construction difficulties.And possess higher carrying capacity lateral stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of traditional PEC column.The self-resetting structure can use pre-tension exerted on the structure and set up the Member of the auxiliary energy to reduce residual deformation structure after the earthquake,delaying the damage process of the main force component,and reduce repair costs after the earthquake.Combined with the performance benefits above,proposing PEC column fabricated with Crimping Thin-Walled Built-Up Section-steel beam brim joint with post-tensioned BRS plate connection.The new forms of self-reset node using the new PEC column-steel beam connections via the T-piece based on performance-based seismic design to come true the design object of compatibility between partial self-centering,energy-dissipation and the safety redundancy was fulfilled successfully.To investigate the new crimping PEC column-steel beam connection with High-strength bolts pretension to wear T-connecting piece,and BRS auxiliary energy plate.The test specimen model was the Middle floor rim Joint of the frame structure,considering the column layout,axial force of the column,and combined with laboratory equipment loading,boundary conditions related to actual engineering,then the test of three specimens designed and fabricated by 1:1.6 scale which represented the rim joints were conducted under quasi-static cyclic lateral loading to study the hysteretic behaviors,energy-dissipation capacity,self-resetting effect,the mechanical deformation patter of the connection and force-transfer mechanism of joint.Besides,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was adopted to comparing with test specimen which verify the feasibility of finite element model.Furthermore,research relevant design parameters' influences(PEC column layout,BRS buckling length and width of the plate,Prestressed of the Pre-rod,axial compression of the PEC,bolts' layout of T-shaped flange,holes' layout of T-piece webs)on specimen performance.The research on seismic performance of PEC column fabricated with Crimping Thin-Walled Built-Up Section-steel beam brim joint with post-tensioned BRS plate connection.The results of the research provides reference for fulture studing and practical on self-reset frame structure later.
