Heating energy consumption of northern towns in China is not only an important part of building energy consumption but also a key-point of building energy efficiency. Compared with the fossil energy heating systems, hybrid energy systems often contain new technologies such as heat pumps, cogeneration and so on that make use of renewable energy and make energy efficiency higher. While more subsystem led to the joint operating parameters more complex and the actual efficiency lower. Because of lacking the systematic data for different load during the actual operation, the running performance of the system is difficult to be well represented. So there is a large research space for analyzing system operating strategy.In order to study this problem, the test data was obtained by testing the hybrid energy systems throughout the heating season aimed to analysis heating actual operating results, operating strategy and energy savings of the hybrid energy systems.Firstly, many energy efficiency analysis indicators about a geothermal cascade utilization system, a water source heat pump system and a ground source heat pump system contained in the hybrid energy systems have been proposed that can show the operational status and the energy efficiency of the system. Then the actual operating strategy of the system can be obtained through the analysis.Then the tested energy station has been described. The hybrid energy system has also been described. The status quo of the heating system is analyzed according to the energy efficiency analysis of indicators last part proposed. The actual energy consumption, energy efficiency and operational strategies of the system can be obtained.Followed a major subsystems heating equipment model: plate heat exchanger model, heat pump model and pump model are established in order to get the formula reflecting the device performance characteristics of each subsystem by the measured data;Then a complete theory of operation strategy optimization of the hybrid heating energy systems is presented. This theory consists of three stages. The first stage is to determine the optimization methods of subsystem selecting. The second stage is to determine the optimization methods of the device in the subsystem selecting. The third stage is to determine the optimization methods of the device parameter setting.Finally, the optimal operating strategy of the hybrid energy systems can be draw up. Energy savings can be drawn by comparing the optimized strategies and practical strategies.
