As energy and environmental problems is increasingly serious,people are enthusiastic about the development of new energy vehicles.Heavy-duty hybrid vehicles are also subject to the attention of major vehicle manufacturers.However,heavy-duty hybrid vehicle power mode is complex.It has many factors that affect energy consumption.Traditional heavy vehicle energy consumption test methods can not meet the energy consumption of hybrid models test requirements.The lack of detection level has become the main factor restricting the development of heavy-duty hybrid vehicles.Therefore,the establishment of a sound,reasonable and perfect heavy-duty hybrid vehicle energy consumption testing system,has become an urgent task.This paper focuses on several kinds of test methods for energy consumption of heavy hybrid electric vehicle,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.Integrats the energy consumption test methods of heavy duty hybrid electric vehicle.Author completes three passenger cars’ energy consumption test of different power forms and different fuel types.The results showed that:One:based on the full investigation of domestic and foreign heavy-duty hybrid vehicle energy consumption evaluation system,author improves the heavy-duty hybrid vehicle energy consumption test and sets the hot and cold start state,different test cycle and other contrast conditions,to study the effect of different factors on energy consumption.Two: through the coast-down test,to complete the chassis dynamometer resistance settings.At the same time,the results calculated with the recommended formula are compared with the results of the coast-down test.Proved that uses the recommended formula is still a certain error,can not completely replace coast-down test when set chassis dynamometer resistance.Three: comparing the energy consumption value with the actual energy consumption value found that the difference between the two is small,thus verifying the validity of the test method.Four: the analysis of test results proved that the cold and hot start of the vehicle has obvious effect on energy consumption.The cold start energy consumption value is higher than the thermal start energy consumption value.Different conditions also affect energy consumption.The energy consumption of C-WTVC is higher than that of CCBC.Five: the test results of different models’ buses show that the hybrid energy-saving effect is obvious.The energy consumption level of CNG hybrid city bus is slightly higher that of diesel hybrid city bus,But Chinese crude oil resources is deficient and natural gas resources is rich,so the development of CNG models has great social significance.Six: based on the analysis of the experimental conclusions,author proposes optimization of the test method,and povide a strong basis and data support for perfection of energy consumption test method of heavy-duty hybrid electric bus.
