The theory of traditional wet floor radiant heating and the application study has been very mature. At the same time, dry floor heating system has appeared and gradually enters the market. In this paper, based on the status of this technology at home and abroad at present, and the research achievements adhering to the group members before, a new dry-type low temperature hot water floor radiant heating system with aluminum is put forward. In this system, the metal heat conduction membrane(aluminum) is laying in a polystyrene board inside the groove at the bottom of the heating tube, and then layout the pipe above and install the floor. It can overcome the drawback that in the traditional dry-type practice, on account of directly putting the thermal conductive plate on the heating pipe, the rate of heat transfer downward increased. It can also homogenize the floor surface temperature distribution, reduce the invalid downward heat loss, enhance the heat transfer performance, and enhance the capacity of the heat dissipation of the floor, in order to the implement of building energy efficiency.First of all, this paper expounded the system principle of heat transfer. On the basis, this paper established the heat transfer mathematical model of the floor and dispersed the mathematical equations, then compiled a program using the Matlab to solve the mathematical model, and built test bench and did experiment at the house of HVAC test lab in Tianjin university. With the combination of theory and experiment, the accuracy of the established mathematical model is verified, and the inlet temperature should range from 34 to 37.On this basis, by verifying the correct mathematical model to simulate the heat transfer under different supply and return water temperature and flow rate, different combination conditions of floor surface temperature distribution and heat of unit area floor were figured out.Secondly, in the process of this study, through the contrast experiment under two kinds of working conditions(with aluminum sheet or not), the floor surface temperature distribution under different working conditions is concluded. And it illustrates that the adding of aluminum plate can not only play a role in the floor surface temperature, also can enhance the cooling capacity of the floor, by means of simulation, showing the advantage and the necessity of adding aluminum plate.Finally, this article compares the economic feasibility of the new system and the dry type system of team members before from the perspectives of initial investment and construction technology, showing that the new system has the advantages of low cost, high comfort and low risks. It provides technical reserves and theoretical support for the optimization design and application of this kind of new technology.
