Study On Planning Strategy Of Suburban High Speed Railway Station In Small And Medium Sized Cities

China's high-speed railway lines is basically to city center area as the control points of wiring,under linear index requirements,line through the many small and medium-sized cities can only in the outskirts of the station set up,the the station known as suburban railway station. Suburban type high speed rail station construction can bring a lot of opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized cities,reasonable planning will be future medium and small cities of China's high-speed rail station area construction successful essential condition. But at present, there is a small suburban type high speed rail station area planning research involves less,because this to suitable for our country suburb high iron station area planning strategy is very important. The author mainly through the following three parts in detail;First of all, through the analysis of the background and found our country small and medium-sized city suburb high iron station area and the current construction boom, also pointed out that the small suburban type high-speed rail station area planning and construction of facing the problems and dilemma. Followed by to the domestic and foreign similar station area development and case analysis, that small and medium-sized city suburb area development and successful experience, as the case study to provide theoretical and practical basis,again based on the analysis of the relationship between high-speed railway station and city based, on the Beijing to Shanghai and Wuhan to Guangzhou along typical small suburban type high speed rail station area construction survey found that problems were summarized in this paper. The analysis influence small suburban type high speed rail station area functional orientation, influence factors of layout,industrial development,respectively,from the functional orientation,industrial development, land use layout proposed the corresponding strategy.Secondly, based on the basis of theoretical research in Suzhou East District as an example,the key problems of empirical research are discussed. Through introducing the Suzhou east region and background of urban development,respectively from the functional orientation of the Suzhou east railway station,layout,industrial development of specific research proposed the related policy suggestions.Finally, this paper draws a conclusion:small suburban type high-speed rail station area planning should be based on the characteristic of the city,on the site area of planning the function of proposed transportation, commerce and trade,the characteristic of industry type three poor alienation of leading function, and the final composite positioning strategy;high iron station area with the layout proposed circle layout, partition and control the development intensity and timing of “traffic industry population-the real estate”development strategy; high iron station area development strategies put forward dominant industry,association of industry, basic industry selection strategy.
