Construction is part of the basic needs of people.When the people of existing buildings and no longer satisfied will develop new building,human's life style and behavior habit also affects the reform and development of architecture;the rapid development of economy brings human is the fruits of civilization,building will also change,its height will continue to refresh the record because of the precious land and its structure changing because of its height,its function also change because of its structure.A high degree of refresh needs to be built on a good structure,and good structure requires the development of new materials,including hybrid materials,it is because of this,a new type of structural form is constantly being developed.The steel pipe concrete mixed structure is a new structure typical representative,it is by good tensile performance is good,stable mechanical properties of steel pipe material and the compressive performance and drawn convenient concrete mixed materials and new structural form.The advantages of each of the two materials make the steel tube concrete structure with high bearing capacity,good stability and good wind resistance.Compared with the pure steel structure,concrete play because of its strong water resistance,low steel consumption,low total cost advantages.36 years of China's reform and opening,economic sustained,healthy and stable development is inseparable from the development of the construction brought about economic benefits,economic development and building development mutually beneficial mutual win,the new tall building structure form is followed by the innovation trend of the times development,in line with the laws of economic development,steel pipe concrete mixed structure has been widely recognized and will continue to bring greater economic effect and social benefits.Earthquake is terrible,a lot of historical disasters show that when the building suffered a major earthquake rare earthquake,the destruction of its structural system will make the part or most of the structure into the elastic plastic state.In order to meet the requirements of the relevant codes(such as "code for seismic design of buildings"),the development of the elastic plastic changes under earthquake action must be taken into consideration.Many rules mentioned: when building encounters a small earthquake(earthquake)damage,basic building is not damaged;when buildings suffered in the earthquake(i.e.basic intensity)destroyed,buildings can be basically maintenance;when buildings suffered earthquake(i.e.,earthquake damage,building the collapse;that is to small earthquakes largely intact,earthquake repairable,large earthquakes do not pour principle.Engineering design personnel in the seismic design of structures in order to seismic fortification goal,and on this basis,take reasonable seismic fortification measures to protect to protect the names of the masses of the safety of life and property loss.The object of this paper is the steel frame concrete core tube structure,because the structure is a new type of structure,the theory is not enough,we on the results of previous studies on the basis of,combined with "" concrete structure theory "," theory of steel structure ",the concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)unified theory" and the existing norms,of steel frame concrete core tube structure elastic and plastic analysis is discussed further.The major task of this paper is as follows:1.This paper described in detail structure of static elastic plastic analysis of concepts,ideas,theoretical basis,and its advantages and disadvantages and application range,etc.;also further discusses the structure of the lateral load distribution patterns,classification of structure model,load control method and the performance of control points determined.2.Through the finite element analysis software SAP2000 establish a peripheral steel frame,internal concrete core tube hybrid structure(i.e.steel frame concrete core tube structure),number of plies 25,see Chapter 4,in order to achieve the expected goal and conclusion.On the structure model of modal analysis,response spectrum analysis and elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis,at the same time,the plastic hinge distribution in order to achieve the static elastic plastic analysis of requirements.In to make an analysis of the structure and the inter story displacement and displacement angle must meet the specification requirements,so that the research has practical significance for engineering value.3.Plastic hinge and weak layer is the key point of building structure,this paper using SAP2000 simulations applied three different distribution of lateral load of plastic hinge and the weak layer changes,by definition,operation,analysis,draws the following conclusion: different lateral load patterns,plastic hinge and the weak layer development are not the same further illustrate the seismic performance of the structure is changing with the change of the lateral load pattern.This paper also simulates the structure respectively in small earthquakes(earthquake)and large earthquake(i.e.the rare earthquake under the action by stress,deformation,yield and the extent of the damage,and discussion of results show that type steel frame and concrete core tube structure in suffered earthquake damage,the periphery steel framework and the internal concrete are seismic fortification line;secondly,the hybrid system is compared to other general structure deformation is small,low energy consumption and good stability advantages in and the mixed structure more meet the principle of three shock(i.e.,small earthquake,repairable under moderate earthquake,earthquake not inverted).
