Rail transportation plays a important part in the national economy.As the rapid growth of passenger and freight traffic volume,if creats great wealth for the countr.In order to adapt to the transport demand,railway has carried on the speed many times,but as the speed increase,to the safe operation of the locomotive put forward higher request.In recent years,the rail traffic accidents occur frequently,bringing to the country and significant loss and profound lessons,caused the relevant section highly.And to establish a locomotive remote monitoring and coordination control,and gradually realize the online maintenance and fault diagnosis for the train is an important way to provide security for train running safely,reliably,sustainably and efficiently.This paper analyzed and integrated locomotive state data collection technology,wireless data transmission technology,collaborative diagnosis technology and diagnosis of data fusion technology,then constructed a locomotive fault diagnosis system including on-board data sampling and transmission system and ground control center modules.First of all,the paper discusses the overall design scheme of the system.Then analyzed the data flow and diagnosis data transmission,and designed two collaborative diagnosis scheme including the authorized control and unauthorized control.Secondly,this paper discusses the data collection and Transmission system.The design of the data acquisition module realizes the locomotive important equipment and fault multiple parts of the state data collection,transitting the data to the ground Control center using CDMA2000 network,TCP Socket(Transmission Control Protocol Socket)technology,and effectively improves the efficiency of the wireless Transmission and real-time.Then,this paper completed each function module design for the ground control center.In order to provide the ground control center more accurate data,it introduces theory the data fusion algorithm based on Bayes and data fusion algorithm based on D-S evidence theory to respectively realized temperature data fusion for front-end bogie shaft and locomotive orientatio.The ground control center was designed through XML(Extensible Markup Language),AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)and TCP Socket technology,and adding a remote collaborative fault diagnosis platfor.To some extent,this system realized the locomotive of the remote fault diagnosis of the synergy and intelligent,to provide security for train running safly.
