| Fault diagnosis is important in the whole life cycle of the civil aircraft which is to ensure the safety,reliability and economy and comfort for the users of flight.The method of FF-SDG fault diagnosis for civil aircraft used in this paper is a combination of symbols to the system diagram and functional failure analysis, and formed a fault diagnosis method is based on the system functional showing in symbols, which helps to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and fault mode display accuracy. But with the development of technology, the structural components of civil aircraft has been increased in the complexity of the system function, so the FF-SDG fault diagnosis method which is based on two-dimensional cannot meet the requirements of a complex system block diagram displayed. In this paper, the analysis of FF-SDG fault diagnosis method is based on two-dimensional block diagram model, and the collaborative remote platform of aircraft fault diagnosis based on the virtual prototype is established.The introduction of civil aircraft prototype into FF-SDG fault diagnosis can show the relationship of the systems more clearly as well as the transmission of functional failure mode, which makes the base exploration and diagnosis intelligent and online. However, the data amount of the virtual prototype generated via the computer-aided equipment is large, which is not conducive to inter-operate and network transmission applications, thereby the three-dimensional virtual prototype for civil aircraft is light weighted firstly. On the other hand, in order to ensure the validity and completeness of the information, this article civil aviation aircraft maintenance manual IETM system is the main source of knowledge of fault diagnosis, and the FF-SDG failure modes can be stored in relational database, which is formed as the intelligent knowledge base. With the development of civil aircraft systems, the failure modes and the relationship of failure are more complex. As a result the single fault mode repository is not a good solution for some problems. So experts and expert systems from different fields and disciplines within the system of cooperation are required. In this paper, as a technical goal, the interactive operating platform of remote fault diagnosis is established to solve complex problems in fault diagnosis systems. As well as the framework system is built and verified successfully. |
