| The IRMDS( Internet Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics System) based on the internet technology, has become not only one of the important directions in the field of the fault diagnosis techniques, but the essential management method of equipment in modern enterprises.The railway system in our country has experienced the forth speedup, and the running condition for the locomotive diesel engine becomes more rigorous. Taking the safety and economy benefit into account, it has become a urgent and important task for locomotive technique management to predominate the running condition of locomotive diesel engine timely and accurately, predict and diagnose the existing and latent fault, and build up the mature, scientific, and high-efficient maintainening system. Therefore, it possesses distinct technical and practical significance.The article introduces a kind of locomotive diesel engine wireless remote maintaining and diagnosis system based on the GPRS (General Packet Radio Service)technology. The system is structured into three stratifications of the site (the locomotive system), the locomotive depot administration and the multiple diagnosis center, and realizes the analyzing and diagnosing functions in different levers, such as the spot monitoring and alarming, the fault diagnosis and trend analysis in the locomotive depot administration, and the visual expert diagnosis through the Internet in the diagnosis center. The characteristic of the system is the connection of GPRS and Internet. To make full use of the GPRS and the technology resources in the web is one of the most practical schemes in the wireless network system in the engineering application.The article also includes the work as follows:1.Finished designing the hardware collective circuit and its controlling program, and using the dissynchronous FIFO technique and independent clock circuit to solve the problem of high-accuracy regular-frequency sampling and thematch system speed.2.Realized the wireless transition of the field data using the GPRS communication module, and at the same time, solved the problem of the possible competition in the data transition together with the data reliability because of the web instability.3.The design of locomotive depot administration center: built up the locomotive running condition database, finished the corresponding applied program and realized the functions, such as the data administration, the query and trend analysis of diesel engine running condition, and so on.4.The design of remote fault diagnosis center: built up the FTP and WEB server, and realized the functions such as the remote expert multiple visual diagnosis. |
