Sheet metal parts have a wide use in the industrial production.In order to improve the production efficiency,and make new breakthroughs on the graphic processing technology of the sheet metal,it is necessary to create a multi-modal and multi-step composite high-grade sheet metal processing center that developing the Sheet metal's engraving and milling with laser cutting as a whole.The key link of that center is the developing of the sheet-metal's milling and laser cutting on the CAD/CAM system.Therefore,developing this CAD/CAM system in order to be suitable for high-grade composite sheet-metal processing center.Firstly,according to the demanded analysis,this paper plans the architecture of the sheet metal's engraving and milling with laser cutting on the CAD/CAM integrally,by using the development platform of the Visual C++ 6.0 software and the design ideas of hierarchy and modularization.And on this basis,this paper also states the functional module in detail.Secondly,this paper researches the theory and method of composite processed numerical control code's generation,put forwards the interactive numerical control automatic programming theory which based on object-oriented principle,designs the data structure of the composite processing software's system,so as to state the generating process of composite processed numerical control code.Thirdly,this paper researches the holes processing path optimization algorithm that is the key technology,in order to achieve the normal optimization algorithm of orthogonal path and greedy algorithm,and then raises the ant colony algorithm of artificial intelligence optimization.Having experiments on the holes processing path optimization algorithm and the cutting machining trajectory under various processing modes separately on the basis of the system of developing the sheet metal's engraving and milling with laser cutting on the CAD/CAM.The followings are the consequences.Under the mode of drilling process or tapping process,hybrid algorithm which was composed of ant colony algorithm and greedy algorithm was developed to optimize holes machining path.Compared the optimized processing route by the combination of the ant colony algorithm and the adjacent sorting algorithm,with the X to the path optimization,the Y to the path optimization,the greedy algorithm,the ant colony algorithm:the total path of the optimized processing route is shorter than that of the X to the path optimization by reduced 42.84%,is shorter than that of the Y to the path optimization by reduced 48.93%,is shorter than that of the greedy algorithm optimization by reduced 11.10%,is shorter than that of the ant colony algorithm optimization by reduced 6.19%.Under the mode of laser cutting process,compared the optimized processing route by the combination of the ant colony algorithm and the adjacent sorting algorithm,with the X to the path optimization,the Y to the path optimization,the greedy algorithm:the total path of the optimized processing route is shorter than that of the X to the path optimization by reduced 48.29%,is shorter than that of the Y to the path optimization by reduced 65.86%,is shorter than that of the greedy algorithm optimization by reduced 13.47%.The use of the CAD/CAM can achieve the system's easy interaction,portability,scalability and interchangeability,accurately generate numerical control code under each processing mode and simulate the right machining trajectory,so as to validate the availability and maintainability of the developed software system.
