In power system, power distribution network directly to the electric energy delivery to the user, to the safe operation of power distribution network is closely related to user’s production and life. In recent years, with the strengthening of distribution network infrastructure, network frame structure of the distribution network and infrastructure has made considerable progress. Related areas and distribution network neutral point grounding way, in the process of power grid development, produce a series of new techniques and new equipment applications. At present our country in 10 kv distribution network grounding method mainly has:the neutral point grounding (of insulation system), neutral point via small resistance grounding system, three kinds of neutral point via arc suppression coil earthing system. According to the current distribution network development, the neutral point grounding way has a decreasing trend, arc suppression coil preset, SuiDiao technology with the new development of small reactance arc suppression ark and single-phase grounded fault phase 0 grounding methods such as preliminary application in grid and exploration.This topic for 10 kv distribution network neutral point grounding way, longzhou county through technical principle analysis and simulation calculation of electromagnetic transient process analysis system of single-phase grounding overvoltage and the influence of grounding current of power grids. Application in distribution network automation technology and the analysis of the distribution network of single-phase grounding fault line selection and fault location and isolation, the main processing method for future longzhou county 10 kv distribution network construction in the neutral point grounding way choice and the distribution network fault processing technology to provide guidance.
