| In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and social economy,the use of cables in China has gradually increased,and many parts of our country have already begun to use the operation mode of small resistance grounding.Low impedance ground operating conditions there are some problems,caused great controversy in China on the ground of 10 kV distribution system neutral point operation mode of the automatic selection,the main issues including the arc suppression coil grounding use category,10 kV power grid grounding fault of the main form,different power supply the safety and reliability and quality of power supply,personal safety,power grid operation and maintenance etc..With the rapid development of Bayannaoer city science and technology and market economy,the development level of the 10 kV network will be increasing rapidly,the proportion of power cable lines gradually increased,its structure has also undergone great changes,the grid current increased significantly,but the neutral city distribution system grounding type problems still exist,the resonant grounding and arc grounding to the high voltage problem still occurs.This paper mainly introduces the main distribution system in Bayannaoer area and the neutral point connection mode,advantages and disadvantages at the same time according to the main operation process of Bayannaoer existing neutral grounding problems in brief analysis of Bayannaoer with different neutral local style.In Bayannaoer area,the neutral point is grounded by arc suppression coil,so the optimization scheme is put forward according to the actual situation of Bayannaoer distribution system.By taking practical engineering as an example,this paper proves the scientific rationality of the neutral point grounding of the small electric resistance and the neutral grounding of the arc suppression coil.And through a series of application and theoretical study of the optimization of the project,for the future of Bayannaoer 10 kV power distribution system for the construction and transformation of the corresponding recommendations for the future work to provide the basis for. |
