Water supply system is an important basis for the development of urban construction and people's normal life,water production and marketing difference is an important indicatorto measure water supply systems.In recent years,the choice of the pipe and the pipe network layout,and other problems caused by historical reasons become increasingly obvious,in addition,part of the city pipe network for many years,there are some cases,including serious pipeline aging,frequent pipe explosion accidents,a high level leakage,which are the leading cause of high non-revenue water.Meanwhile,water supply and demand contradiction increasingly significant as the increasing scarcity of water resources and social water demand increases,higher water production and marketing difference not only hinder the healthy development of water supply enterprises,but also resulted in a waste of water resources in disguise.The effective management of non-revenue water would be strong measures to solve the conflict of supply and demand In the existing circumstances for the use of the same total water resources,it is the only way which must be passed for company long-term development.This article in J City for the study,in-depth analysis of the community water supply pipe network transformation case and discusses the feasibility of the pipe network transformation;Selecting a typical urban residential establish DMA,based on a large number of field-monitoring and data acquisition research,to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze each part of non-revenue water;Adjusting pressure experiment through the gradual closure of the regulator value simulated pressure regulating valve at above-mentioned DMA,observe the changes of water leakage under different pressure and obtain the relation between the stress and leakage,as well as analyze the economy of installing pressure regulating valve;Analyzing current situation of J city non-revenue water management combined with the above conclusions,and to spy into many problems of non-revenue water management current situation of small northern town through J city,including lack of financial support,user error idea of water,old water supply network,the lack of advanced technology,high error metering facilities,low water supply coverage,backward enterprise management system,finally giving three-pronged approach including network partition management,transforming scheme of water supply pipeline and company management mode against small northern town non-revenue water management,providing a powerful reference for enterprises to achieve effective management of water production and marketing difference.
