Drinking Water Production Enterprise In Shandong Province Water Saving Potential And Water Production Rate Analysis And Prediction Research

It plays substantially important role to construct water-saving society, realize the sustainable utilization of water resource, enchance the healthy development of drinking water enterprises and safeguard economy society development by achieving high water production ratio and maximizing water saving.Therefore, this paper finds out the existing problem of water resources utilization, then predict potential of water saving, make clear of water saving goals, develop water saving measures, finally forecast different types of drinking water production water production ratio, after analyzing the current water use level and efficiency for drinking water enterprises in Shandong province of analysis,The basic data of water use and water saving status is collected and analyzed, then the current situation of water production enterprises and typical enterprise were analyzed and evaluated. Based on investigation for different types of drinking water production enterprises, the process of water-saving development and present situation were summarized, including the typical drinking water production enterprises and including measures of water-saving technology, equipment renovation, water saving management and capacity building, water saving education, water-saving new technology popularization and application. Combined with the conditions of production and benefit circumstance, the main water saving measures, effect as well as technical and economic rationality were analyzed.On the basis of the investigation on typical drinking water production enterprises status of water use and water conditions according to water level, the various indices reflecting water use efficiency and water saving level were comprehensively analyzed. Through comparison of different enterprises inf different areas, especially with those being advanced level at home and abroad, the gap and advanced standard and status of water-saving in the existing problems and reasons were found out.According to the analysis, combined with a typical enterprise production conditions, technical level and other factors, referencing the water use standard of relevant enterprises, drinking water production water production ratio in Shandong province was ultimately predicted by2015after taking comprehensive water-saving measures.(1) Water production ratio of water production enterprise reaching to over92%. water production ratio of pure water production enterprise reaching to over74%, water production ratio of mineral water production enterprise reaching to over94%.(2) Water production ratio of tap water production enterprise using surface water as raw water, reaching to over93%. Among them, class I water reaching to97%,class Ⅱ water to94%, class Ⅲ water to90%.(3) Water production ratio of tap water production enterprise using groundwater water as raw water, reaching to over97%. Among them, class I water reaching to99%,class Ⅱ water to98%, class Ⅲ water to97%.
