With the development of urban construction, a large number of old buildings demolished, so it will produce large amounts of construction waste. How to realize the resource waste reuse and reduce environment load is one of the goals of environmental protection and sustaina ble development in our country. At the same time,it has a great practical significa nce for the construction of harmonious society. So the research of this paper is the applications of construction waste to rural roads, sidewalks, residential district road light traffic on the high way engineering pavement base.Not only meet the quality re quirements of road engineering, urban construction waste emissions reduction, and reduce the environmental pollution caused by construction waste, save road materials, reduce the engineering cost, is beneficial to the sustainable development of social economy, it is of great economic and social benefits.This paper adopted the laboratory test and theoretical analysis of the basic characteristic of the two methods of construction waste, construction waste aggregate mixture, cement stabilized mixture ratio, c onstruction waste mixture thickness on the base of the cement stable mechanical properties of the construction waste and to compare the system research. Research for the application of construction waste in light traffic highway base provides a theoretical basis and reference. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of construction waste raw material and construction waste broken after basic characteristics were studied, it is concluded that the construction waste concrete aggregate crushing value is less than 30, meet the technical specification for construction of highway pavement base(JTJ034-2000) regulation of aggregate crushing value is not greater than 35%, and after crushing aba ndoned brick aggregate crushing value is greater than 35% do not meet the requirements, as a basic material to join or construction waste concrete debris.(2)The construction waste aggregate mixture are studied, by means of different mixing proportion of the construction waste aggregate crushing value testing of waste concrete, waste brick, the appropriate mixing ratio scope of a small amount of rubble. The first: 100% of the waste concrete. The second: the proportion of waste concrete and abandoned brick f or 90:10. Third: abandoned brick and natural gravel ratio of 90:10, the crush value reached 35%, can meet the specification requirements. If you want to use a higher level can be mixed with more gravel road. Fourth: waste concrete, waste brick: the quantit y of gravel for the 10:80:10, crush value can reach 35%, meet the specification requirements. When abandoned brick content is higher, adding more gravel can meet the requirements of crush value.(3) T he mix proportion design of cement stabilized mixture co nstruction waste to were studied, through the compaction test and 7 d unconfined compressive strength test of construction garbage shall be confirmed in theory applied to the traffic light aggregate highway at the grass-roots level of this approach is feasible, and through the experiment by the proportion of cement stabilized aggregate of construction waste solution, the experimental study for the promotion of construction waste aggregate used in light traffic highway at the grass-roots level played an impo rtant role.(4) In order to better evaluate aggregate system at the grassroots level construction waste for construction waste aggregate application to provide the reference in light traffic highway road, mechanical properties of cement stable construction waste was studied, and discusses the various factors on the influence of recycled aggregate base, namely the different cement dosage, different types of construction waste aggregate and cement strength on the influence of the 7 d unconfined compressive st rength, and unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength, compressive modulus of resilience and other long-term changes in mechanical properties along with age. It is concluded that the four types of construction waste mixture, under the same age, different cement dosage of the linear regression coefficient is above 0.9, this shows four types of construction waste mixture of unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength, compressive modulus of resilience performance is stable, and has a linear relation with the cement dosage.(5) The construction waste as a light traffic highway pavement base materials base thickness was calculated, it is concluded that for light traffic highway pavement structure of this article, the recommended r ange of the thickness of cement stabilized aggregate base construction waste shall be 220mm~350mm.
