The rapid development of economy brings the rich material life to the people in a large part,meanwhile,it also brings the serious problem of spiritual emptiness.So,the exploration about how to enrich the people spiritual world and find cultural beliefs is rich.The research on ancient villages,which are the original carriers of the culture,also have sprung up in the field of urban planning studies.Its research scope has dotted.In China, the speed of urbanization is far more than other countries, the velocity of the rural villages disappearance are also far more than other countries,Many ancient villages which contains the precious historical and cultural wealth are difficult to survive, too.The phoenix village,which locates at Fuyong town, Baoan district of Shenzhen near phoenix mountain, was built in the tang dynasty period.In the either yuan dynasty,it become a large-scale village because of being reclaimed waste land by Wen's family.The village has been over 700 years old,it is the most concentrated, best preserved, and the largest typical Guangfu residential buildings. However, because of locating in the city's built-up area, the phoenix village was wrapped in many villages in Shenzhen city to provide low-cost rental housing.Facing to soaring land prices with farmland transferring into urban construction sites, how to describe location of the old villages in big cities? How to balance the contradiction between urban renewal and protect the ancient village preservation?What should replace agricultural production mode while the means of agricultural production having been deprived?This paper mainly discussed from four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part and also put forward some problems. Through the understanding of the background,it finds that the study of the ancient village located in the big city to update is urgency at present.
