Research On The Cultural And Creative Industrial Park Of Ancient Villages In Guangdong

This paper studies the development of cultural and creative industries parks based on ancient villages.On the basis of reviewing the development of creative industries parks at home and abroad,it analyzes and studies the general situation,the reasons for the rise,the development and the renovation of the cultural and creative industries in Guanlan Printmaking Village,hoping to provide a loan for similar creative industries parks.Reference plays a positive role.In the first chapter,the basic framework of this research is established through literature reading and data collection.The second chapter is a case study of Mentougou in Beijing,Xinchang Town in Shanghai,Xiaozhou Village in Guangzhou and Dafen Oil Painting Village in Shenzhen.The third chapter analyzes the general situation of Guanlan Printmaking Village,combs the development process and characteristics of cultural and creative industries in Guanlan Printmaking Village,and analyzes the development status of the core subjects and auxiliary members of the creative class.This paper evaluates the satisfaction and importance of Guanlan printmaking village from two different perspectives of artists and residents,and summarizes the development status and existing problems.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that affect the cultural and creative industry park of Guanlan Printmaking Village,which is deeply influenced by location,natural environment,human environment,history and culture,architectural characteristics,policies,infrastructure and other factors.Using modern computer technology to call Baidu API for data analysis and empirical analysis of the problems found,and cross-argument of the park surrounding areas related facilities need to be improved.In view of the shortcomings encountered in the development of improvement,combined with relevant publicity,Guanlan Print Village will be positioned as a printmaking and Hakka culture theme park,continue to play the role of the core creative class,while taking into account visitors,jointly promote sustainable development.
