There are a lot of straw utilization ways,including paper,burning,feed,biogas production,fertilizer,fuel,building materials,etc.The grass brick as a straw as raw materials used in construction of the bearing of building materials has the incomparable advantage over other materials.For example,the use of straw bale alternative waste of land resources and high energy consumption of traditional brick,every grass brick alternative 82 pieces of clay solid brick [3].Grass brick use cycle is long: brick building room is usually 4structure in northeast China,the service life of the general is 30 ~ 50 years,and the service life of the grass brick is in more than 100 years,such as the United States in the grass,building built 100 years ago the first brick is still in use;Grass brick has the advantages of the construction,the construction of low cost,high energy efficiency,heat preservation performance is good,improve indoor air quality,grass brick indoor temperature and humidity relatively stable,keeps good for healthy living air quality.Straw bale building the structure of the system is expounded,including bearing wall and non load-bearing walls,and their mechanical properties.Introduced to resist horizontal force of tie bar and the interconnection of straw brick,straw brick and connection of the support structure.Failure mode and analyzes the grass brick walls.Estimates the bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-wall steel.Mainly expounds the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite structure model,using finite element software to simulate.Theoretical analysis of the results and the analysis of the material properties.Straw bale can greatly improve the stability of the cold-formed thin-walled steel wall to improve the bearing capacity of the wall,also can reduce the local buckling.A demonstration in antu county building as the research object,this paper introduces the cold-formed thin-walled steel-straw bale construction method of the combination structure and steel beam,steel column,floor,wall,floor,support,such as artifacts.And carries on the finite element analysis of composite wall body,the analysis results show that grass brick,as a kind of flexible material can effectively improve the overall stability of structure,and can bear the load.
