| Combination utilization status of cotton straw in Xinjiang, with cotton straw as raw material, processed into cotton straw bale, experimental study on strength and its variation of compressive strength and deformation, and thereby determine the method of making cotton straw bale. The preparation process for the development of Xinjiang rural ecological wall materials with reference. At the same time studied cotton straw bale load-bearing structure, theoretical study of the wall of cotton straw bale, made a straw bale wall construction of rural housing request. Application for the rural areas of Xinjiang cotton straw bale wall-building technique provides a theory of reference.The main research contents include:(1) Draw on research results, experimental study and theoretical analysis of the cotton straw bale. Preparation from cotton straw bale, straw bale dimensions of identification, to analysis of compressive strength, compression, distortion, and many other studies focused on analysis of the relationship between compressive strength and deformation, and comparative analysis of compressive strength of solid clay brick, demonstration of cotton straw bale as feasibility of wall material of bearing capacity in rural areas.(2) Using PKPM software to establish cotton straw bale load-bearing structure model and clay brick masonry structure building model, on the formation of two kinds of wall materials of bearing wall structure for research, analysis of bearing force find out the theoretical basis of cotton straw bale instead of brick blocks.(3) Design two sets of exactly the same layout of a typical rural house:one for a brick load-bearing structure of cotton straw grass; the other for the solid clay brick load-bearing structure. Through two kinds of wall materials of bearing heavy structural building engineering cost comparisons, further explanation of cotton straw bale load-bearing structure in economic feasibility in practical engineering applications. |
