In the power system,high voltage circuit breaker is a key equipment for controlling,power dispatching and fault clearing,which ensures the safety power grid.However,in the power system,the traditional off-line maintenance process of high voltage circuit breaker is extremely complex,heavy workload,and expensive.The traditional monitoring methods can't accurately analyze real-time status of the high voltage circuit breakers,and excessive maintenance will reduce the reliability of the device.Therefore,in order to obtain the real-time status,the data acquisition system which possess fast processing speed,high precision,large capacity and frequency bandwidth.Therefore,this paper studies the high speed data acquisition system of high voltage circuit breakers,it is designed to provide real-time data for on-line detection of high voltage circuit breakers.Firstly,the status of the breakers which research on present were described in detail,the types and principles of monitoring system are defined,according to the on-line monitoring of high voltage circuit breakers,the overall design scheme of high speed data acquisition system is put forward.Secondly,according to the requirement of real-time collection of breaker monitoring data,the hardware circuit of high speed data acquisition system based on DSP is designed and described in detail,the overall process of the software and the design and implementation of the specific software modules are described,in particular,the Lagrange interpolation algorithm for data acquisition is analyzed.Finally,the high speed data acquisition system collects the DC signal and the different frequency and the peak value of the AC signal,the results show that the system is capable of high speed and accurate capture of AC and DC signal data for the state of the circuit breaker provide an effective real-time diagnostic information maintenance and an important basis for the reliability-centered(RCM)circuit breaker maintenance program,which enhances and improve the economy of the electric power system reliability is also important.
