Economic development,power go ahead.With the continuous deepening and development of smart grid,brought an opportunity to the development of online monitoring system for high voltage switchgear.Aimed at the high voltage switchgear present situation of large volume,heavy weight and low automation,analyzed the common faults such as switchgear overvoltage,over current,contact temperature overheating and inspection is not timely and so on,put forward the intelligent monitoring system for high voltage switchgear based on embedded WEB.This project firstly analyzes the key technologies in the real-time on-line monitoring system of high voltage open customs,and sets up a test scheme based on the magnetic sensor array.Secondly,analyzed the characteristics of each measurement according to actual needs and performance requirements,proposed that STM32F407 IGT as the master chip and AD7606 multi-channel high-speed synchronous translated into front-end acquisition equipment,with the W5500 as an Ethernet communication module,set up the system's overall hardware architecture.It described the SPI communication module and digital-analog conversion module programming,as well as the preparation of the Ethernet module driver.Finally,the development of the background WEB terminal based on LWIP protocol was described in detail.Through the debugging and experimental verification,the following conclusions were drawn: The voltage range of the on-line monitoring system was 3-10 KV,and the large current range was 0-1300A;The sampling rate of electric parameter acquisition channel reached 200KPS;The response time of embedded server page was 1S,visual design,alarmed for abnormal electrical parameters,and could find historical monitoring data.The online real-time monitoring of high voltage switchgear in smart grid was realized effectively,met the application requirements of the project design.
