With the wide applications of continuous rigid frame bridge cantilever casting construction,the construction process control is particularly important.The construction control of the bridge directly affects the alignment and internal force state,but also affect the life of use after bridge constructed.Based on a continuous rigid frame bridge in Yunnan,this paper mainly introduces the origin of continuous rigid frame bridge,the significance of construction process control and the method and content of cantilever construction control.Then,some key technologies in the construction process are described.In the continuous rigid frame alignment control,we can guarantee that the placement of each segment is close to the design by calculating the elevation of the vertical mold,and the hanging basket deformation value is very important.So this paper is a detailed study on the deformation of the hanging basket,because of the previous construction process for the hanging basket deformation value is the use of linear interpolation,and this method can not real reaction to the actual deformation of the basket.A mathematical formula is proposed by combining the theoretical calculation with the analysis of the structural mechanics,and the results show that the method is more close to the true value than the original linear interpolation.So as to provide reference for the continuous rigid frame alignment control in the future.The last chapter of this paper is to study the problem of the adjustment of the thickness of the bridge deck.Although in the construction process of strict process control,but due to various factors,after the closure of bridge structure,bridge elevation and the design of the target height still exists deviation.In order not to affect the ride comfort of the bridge,it is necessary to make a fitting to the bridge deck leveling layer to prevent local uplift or depression.This paper mainly introduces the use of cosine curve to fit the thickness and the thickness of the bridge deck,and according to the data of the actual bridge,the paper calculates the actual bridge data.In this paper,the improvement method of the linear control of continuous rigid frame bridge is studied,and the method of adjusting the deformation value of the hanging basket is obtained.At the same time,the continuous rigid frame bridge in the construction of the cantilever method can provide reference.
