The asphalt pavement is the main types in new constructed road in our Country,specifically the proportion will be higher in high-grade road.In order to ensure the design life can be achieved after opening of the asphalt pavement,Building construction team must pay attention to asphalt paving and compaction.Compaction as a final step in compaction is often not taken seriously enough in the asphalt pavement construction.Good compaction process is the assurance of asphalt pavement performance and service life.The degree of compaction of asphalt mixture and mixture type greatly impact on the Physical mechanical properties of Asphalt mixture.Due to the high cost and rework hard of asphalt pavement,detect after formed does not help for the pavement quality.Therefore,strengthening the regulatory compaction process,strict construction process is the premise of the quality of asphalt pavement construction.In this paper,a simple analysis of different construction machinery effect on the compaction degree of asphalt mixture be made.Then summarizes the rolling process and after the compaction of asphalt roadbed diseases,and from the perspective of construction technology,analyzed the causes of various diseases.This paper made a record of paving temperature and mixture temperature distribution were analyzed.By using MATLAB software to image visualization processing for the construction site of mixture temperature distribution,at the same time,using the cubic spline interpolation method to draw out a range of three dimensional temperature distribution.From 3 d figure can intuitive see pavement temperature distribution is not uniform,high temperature in the middle,and low temperature on both ends,so this creates temperatures segregation.Vibration analog signal collected at the construction site are analyzed,the mainly method is through mathematical statistics and numerical analysis to establish the relationship between acceleration and asphalt compaction degree.With help of Numerical analysis software,Such as MATLAB,ORIGIN,1stopt,excel etc,So that the result of data analysis and fitting equations become more precise.Using inverse function model and the principle of least-square method,fitted the relationship between acceleration and the degree of compaction.Establish the relationship between Acceleration and asphalt compaction degree can convenient to the development of vehicle compaction meter and give a great help in real-time monitoring of asphalt pavement construction quality.Provides the construction management unit with a new effective method,post-action control was replaced by process control,effectively improve the construction quality and increase the service life,early damage and the number of repair can be reduced,highway operation comprehensive will benefits a lot.
