| In recent years,because mineral resources is rich and widely distributed in Southwest China,highway had to cross the impact zone or pressure coal mining for topography and corridor route restrictions.Coal is one of the main sources of energy in our country,its proportion has been more than 60% in the national economy energy consumption structure,and the trend will not change in long period of time.Thus the full development and utilization of coal resources is still the current situation of our country.The large-scale mining of coal certainly will cause the movement and deformation of the surface,which has an impact on the existing bridge structure.Due to the future mine dynamic effect caused by surface deformation directly affect the bridge foundation based on the foundation,its influence is more obvious than that of the external force,and it is difficult to eliminate,it not only weaken the using function of the bridge,and may lead to obvious uneven settlement of foundation,cause serious damage to the bridge structure.Therefore,it is very important to predict the real-time deformation of the bridge in the future.Through scientific methods to Predict the surface subsidence,establishing a real time bridge deformation monitoring system,it will provide relevant basis for bridge rectification and to ensure the stable operation of the bridge.Because YULONG bridge take no rectification in the Rectification process for a number of special constraints,that need to design a system that can meet the requirements of the economy and the accuracy for real-time deformation monitoring.Because of China’s western region has a complex and varied topography situation,it increases the difficulty of ground deformation prediction.Coupled with a large number of bridges affected by the mining area,It is also difficult to design the dynamic deformation monitoring system of the bridge.Therefore,how to built the mining dynamic deformation monitoring has become an important problem to be solved.Studying on the way that monitor bridges of affected area to get bridge deformation data and taking a effective early warning has important research significance and practical value.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzing the prediction method of surface subsidence,analysis why it can be applied in this engineering and how to chose its parameter.Analysis the restrictions casused by local coal seam conditions.analysis the engineering mining deformation prediction results and the main influence of the bridge settlement,analyzes the corresponding bridge rectification and engineering problems to be solved.analyzes thereson why YULONG brige need real-time deformation monitoring from the checking result and rectification situation;(2)Analyzing the influence caused by surface slope deformation and surface subsidence deformation YULONG brige,and analyzes why surface subsidence deformation cause the biggest influence.Modeling and checking the maximum uneven settlement of YULONG bridge.;(3)Discussing the composition of the specific monitoring system,analyzes the system composition and function.and how to chose it datum point and observation point;(4)Studying the multiple details question during operation process of the system. |
