Motorization and urbanization in China is growing at an unprecedented rate of development,urban road congestion,obstruction has become a hot issue.Roads and intersections are basic components of the road network and the intersection of the road network is the most important nodes.Traffic intersections in different directions,the flow of people crossing the confluence of place,especially with the rapidly growing number of motor vehicles,the intersection of the conflict has intensified,frequent congestion,collisions,out of order,and even cause a serious accident.Urban traffic control system to solve the traffic problem of order by the intersection of conflict and rational allocation of rights of way in time and space.But faced with increasingly large urban road network,global optimization control surface is almost impossible,and road traffic running over with a group characteristic,requiring the road network division control sub-region.By dividing the road network is divided into several sub-control areas,these several sub-zones to optimize traffic control,urban traffic control system optimization.First,this paper analyzes the development of domestic and foreign traffic signal control system and method,in the face congested road network,existing research No large complex urban road network traffic flow running of effective control method.Based on the relevance of roads and intersections between groups influencing factors of the analysis,the concept of key intersections and identify key intersection approach.By analyzing the road network many intersections,selected key intersections,and based on key intersections divided Way Network optimization control sub-region.Then,the control sub-district road network structure seen as the basic unit of internal intersections group study,further analysis sub-regional arterial road coordinate control factors and optimization theory and planning theory based on the double objective to establish a more sub-district roads control decision optimization model to optimize the total output of the vehicle from the intersection,and the total delay time of the internal angle of intersection of the sub-region group.Finally,by way of example,using MATLAB software programming division of the sub-region,the use of genetic algorithms to solve the model,according to VISSIM simulation software to optimize the sub-region control the simulation method,effectively raising the traffic capacity control sub-region,thereby improving traffic operation capacity of the entire road network.
