| In this paper,we take the ramp of the highway of Jiang Zhu,the South Interchange A ramp,the(4×25)m curve beam bridge as the engineering background.With the aid of the finite element software Midas civil,the three-dimensional model of the curved girder bridge is calculated and analyzed.In order to clear the curved girder bridge bending torsion coupling effect influence,curved girder bridge deflection curve shaped,curved girder bearing cavity,beam body overturning phenomenon of occurrence mechanism.Combining with the engineering examples,the following aspects of the analysis and research work are mainly carried out:(1)The development of prestressed concrete curved girder bridges at home and abroad is summarized,and the characteristics of curved girder bridges are summarized.Then,it compares and analyzes the research status of the prestressed concrete curved girder bridges in our country.(2)From the mechanical characteristics and the related calculation theory of curved girder bridge.The mechanical characteristics of curve beam bridge,lateral torsional coupling phenomenon are analyzed.The curve beam bridge in the micro beam Duan Pingheng differential equations,differential geometry equation and considering the shear lag effect of the lateral torsional coupling analysis,of curved girder bridge internal force and deformation of the relationship were discussed.(3)With the aid of the finite element analysis software civil Midas,the stress analysis of the single beam model of(4×25)m prestressed concrete curved girder bridge is analyzed.The stress characteristics of curved girder bridge under dead load,vehicle live load,temperature effect,bearing settlement and so on are analyzed.(4)The analysis of the existing diseases of the single column pier in the curved girder bridge.Analysis of the main superstructure of curved beam bridge overturning,bearing the void,the only pier column bearing angle too large,alone pier at the cross diaphragm bearing force is not enough.And put forward to effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of bearing separation measures.Based on the above analysis and research work,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)When the radius of curvature of the curved girder bridge is larger,the difference of the supporting force between the inner and outer sides of the curved girder bridge will be smaller and smaller.The supporting force of the inner support of the curved girder bridge is less than that of the outer side.So the need of torsional bearings to prevent bearing separation phenomenon.(2)The curved girder bridge under the action of dead load,the full bridge of the torque T showing: both sides of the torque larger,two in the torque of the smaller cross.At the same time,because of the curved girder bridge "flexural torsional coupling" effect role: when the curve beam bridge of the radius of curvature R is large,will appear the phenomenon and edge of the box girder and the left and right side should force and shows little difference.(4)For curved girder bridge,the influence of the internal force of the curve bridge caused by the temperature gradient and the system temperature is not negligible.(5)The full bridge checking means to determine the support for the curve beam bridge bearing disengaging the void,single column pier bearing angle too large,and proposed increases torsional bearing spacing to prevent the phenomenon of the bearing cavity.(6)The proposed design of curved girder bridge,the end of the single column pier to expand the design,to change the single seat for the case of double bearing.This can effectively avoid the phenomenon of the sudden collapse of the upper part of the upper structure of the upper structure of the upper structure of the bridge structure which is too large and the upper structure of the bridge is brittle.Through the above research contents and related conclusions,in order to for concrete curved box girder bridge more widely used to make due contributions,and provide reliable basis for engineering disease control of curve beam bridge. |
