Compared with the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture,the design of mix proportion process of recycled asphalt mixture increase in the number of variables,Conventional hot mix asphalt mixture design method has been unable to meet the needs of the mix design,In China," Technical Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Recycling" JTG F41-2008 did not elaborate on recycled asphalt hot mix plant Mixture Ratio Design Method,So the purpose of optimizing the design mix hot mix plant regeneration is to study the factors Recycled Asphalt Mixture Ratio Design,and determine the effective factory to instruct on-site construction of thermal regeneration asphalt mixture design method.As the old material to add,compared with conventional thermal mix asphalt mixture,the design of mix proportion of thermal regeneration asphalt mixture was different in nature of RAP material analysis,calculation of new asphalt content,add regeneration agent,Mixing process,deployment of mineral aggregate gradation,determination of maximum density mixture theory and so on,above the difference will be directly influence on the quality of mix proportion design of recycled asphalt mixture,then the quality of the project.The key of the thermal regeneration asphalt mixture mixed by plant optimization design was to make the experiment of the mixing and compaction and construction process of mixing and molding is more fit,effectively guarantee the recycled mixture excellent comprehensive performance,this involves each step of the process of design.Based on influencing factors of recycled material(RAP)properties and mix proportion design analyzed,Including reworked material of asphalt recycling in what way,add new asphalt and the regeneration agent,reasonable mixture mixing and molding process,reworked material would be able to spread the mixture of completely(Involves the synthesis grading problems),Reasonable mixing ratio of recycled material(RAP),how to determine the theoretical maximum density of the mixture,how to determine the optimum asphalt content and so on,to optimize design of plant mixed thermal recycled asphalt mixture molded by Marshall method.Based on the above factors study,presented in the entity applies optimized plant engineering applications mix asphalt mixture design method of thermal regeneration,provides reference to obtain excellent comprehensive performance thermal regeneration asphalt mixture mixed by plant.Based on AC-20 plant mix thermal regenerative asphalt mixture mixing ratio optimization design,Obtained under different recycling material mixing ratio the best new asphalt dosage in regeneration mixture,by adjusting the dosage of old material for the regeneration of the mixtures,performance testing,draw the regular between old material mixing ratio and the mixture high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water resistance of damaging,in the presence of regenerant add case reasonable dosage of old material.The results show that,with the constant improvement of the old material content,high temperature stability of the mixture increase gradually,low temperature crack resistance and ability to resist water damage reduced;In case the absence of regenerant,Suggested recycling material mixing ratio no more than 30%;In cases the regenerant presence recommend recycling material mixing ratio less than 50%.
