Highway pavement is a fixed number of year, if out of use fixed number of yearinto the maintenance cycle, will face a lot of repair and maintenance problems. Whichin the process of maintenance, reconstruction of old asphalt surface generated by a largeamount of waste asphalt mixture is how to deal with problems, on the front of us. Ifdisposal is undeserved, will not only wastes the resources, will occupy the land storethese recycled materials and will pollute the environment. Our country has built inpavement with flexible pavement of asphalt mixture is given priority to, the rigidity ofcement concrete road pavement. According to data show that asphalt mixture pavementaccounts for more than90%of the total pavement. Recycling of asphalt mixture,currently in the domestic highway construction have been trying to, but also relativelybackward due to the related research and equipment in the early stages of thermalregeneration technology research.Asphalt roadbed renovation and regeneration technology development is to achievethe requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development strategy, andit can bring huge economic benefits. Asphalt roadbed is renovated regenerationtechnology in material, process, equipment interaction, restrict each other, promote eachother in the process of development, has a strong comprehensive technicalcharacteristics. Therefore, on the road of renewable technology research, development,application should be attached great importance to this technology comprehensive, thestudy focused on renovation of old asphalt material from the old asphalt pavementperformance analysis, and expounds the plant mix thermal regeneration process, varioussolutions and plant mix thermal regenerative and key technical problems. In view of theexisting hot regeneration performance of asphalt mixing plant transformation, makesevery effort to low cost, high efficiency, high quality of plant mix thermal regenerationtechnology for careful analysis and research.
