During the developing of new missile, trial and error is required to ensure that its parameters and performance meet design indexes. And all indicators in launch and flight would be stored in the recorder on missile during missile testing. Although the missile-borne storage technology is very mature, but multiple difficulties are encountered during and after testing, including that memory landing points are widely distributed, shooting range is out of the way and recovery after testing.Based on the practical needs, a research scheme about missile-borne memory landing points positioning device is proposed, in which three stages work are included after completing a missile testing. First stage is from onboard system powers on to beginning of separation of ejection bucket and missile body. In this stage, positioning device is powered on by missile-borne memory and internal lithium battery is only used for charging. Simultaneously, energy information of battery and location state are transmitted to recorder to collect by positioning device, then the collected information is displayed by ground monitoring device or stored in the memory firstly and then extracted and displayed; Second stage is from separation of ejection bucket and missile body to landing on the ground. In this stage, memory and positioning device in the ejection bucket separates from missile-borne recorder. For memory has finished its task, the positioning device is powered on by internal lithium battery. Moreover, the position coordinate information is get via GPS and is transmitted by Beidou short message communication and RF communication, and then the information is received by corresponding ground receiving devices. Third stage is from positioning device work for some time after landing on the ground to the battery runs out. Task of the device in this stage is to finish switching between two communication modes. In order to ensure that the positioning device can finish positioning landing point of the memory efficiently and reliably, communication time node of each communication mode is distributed based on practical needs and characteristic of the two communication modes.Finally, each part of the device is assembled into machine to finish testing of each module and key circuits. The device is placed in the campus and surrounding places firstly, then the position coordinate transmitted by positioning device is received by corresponding portable receiver, so that search path can be planed and the position of device can be quickly found. It is verified that the device is of high positioning precision and communication quality.
