Study On The Conservation Of Traditional Villages In Jiangsu Province Based On ANP

Traditional village is an important part of the historical and cultural heritage.With the current boom of urban-rural integration and the construction of new countryside,the situation of village protection is becoming increasingly complex.The effective protection of different villages varies greatly.On the one hand it related to the idea of proection and development,on the other hand it'sshort of unified standards to evaluate the implementation of protection work.At present,it is urgent to construct a set of standard index system to evaluate the protection work.Therefore,this paper studied the theory of cultural heritage protection,ANP decision theory,evaluation theory and the implementation of relevant policies in China.Taking the traditional villages in Jiangsu Province as the key research object,this paper tries to design an index system which is suitable for the evaluation of the protection of traditional villages in Jiangsu province.First of all,through field investigation,the paper summarizes the characteristics of different aspects from the implementation of traditional villages in the province.It includes the protecton implementation effect of the present situation and the influence factors.The current effects can be divided into historical culture,community economy and human settlement,the effect factors can be divided into policies,plannings,managements,bankroll,personnel.Secondly,the index of the system should be selected according to the principle of evaluation system construction.The index comes from the existing traditional village protection evaluation system,and the summary of the research process.Then through the ANP decision-making algorithm,the paper triesto construct a network hierarchy of indicators,and calculate the weight distribution within the index system.After that,through quantitative and qualitative methods,the evaluation criteria of the indicators for a certain interval division,to determine the implementation of the evaluation index system about traditional villages in Jiangsu Province.Finally,the paper takes Yang Wan village as an example to tryout the evaluation system.By analyise the protection implementation effect and factors,it can give a mark based on scoring criteria.According to the results,the paper puts forward suggestion for improvement and points out the future development direction.
