| Southern Jiangsu has been a pioneer of urbanization and industrialization in China since ancient times.Under the influence of rural industrialization, rural areas have long displayed the characteristics of semi-urbanization and rural industrialization. As a relatively closed geographical space unit, traditional villages also gradually open up from the closed. From the rural industrialization mode in southern Jiangsu after liberation to the new export-oriented economic mode in 1990 s,the traditional villages in southern Jiangsu have undergone great changes in the industrial transformation, and some villages have presented a highly non-agricultural and industry-oriented development mode of rural land.In the new century, the rural industrial economy is gradually at a disadvantage in the competition with the urban economy. At the same time, the long-term industrialization development leads to the prominent problems of the village human settlement environment. In the context of the protection and development of traditional villages, industrial traditional villages have ushered in a transformation opportunity.Based on this realistic background, this paper analyzes and summarizes the spatial evolution characteristics and mechanism of industrial traditional villages in southern Jiangsu Province, which is helpful to provide reference for the development and transformation of the vast coastal industrial traditional villages. Therefore, this paper carries out research according to the logic of "systematic sorting of village development background--analysis of spatial evolution characteristics--research on spatial evolution mechanism--prediction of development trend and guidance of countermeasures".In chapter two, according to the development stage of industrialization, the background of village spatial evolution is sorted out from three dimensions of industry, population and space construction, and the development process of village is reviewed. In the third chapter, six typical villages are selected, and the evolution of villages is analyzed from three dimensions: village scale environment, spatial structure and traditional spatial unit, taking the concentrated built-up area of villages as the research scope. In the diachronic sorting, the evolution process of industrial traditional villages in southern Jiangsu province not only has the universal spatial law of convergence, but also has the unique local spatial characteristics in the same period. In the fourth chapter,a three-step analysis framework of "acting factors-acting force analysis-acting mechanism" is established from the perspective of the role of capital and power, and the internal mechanism of village spatial evolution is analyzed. This paper argues that the industrial traditional villages in southern Jiangsu Province evolved and developed under the influence of natural endowments, population and land, with the spatial imbalance of capital as their internal logic and the rational function of power as their guarantee and promotion. The fifth chapter predicts the development trend of village according to the present development type, and puts forward the spatial guidance strategy. In conclusion, the state capital, foreign capital and private capital to capital force as the driving factor, system policy, the adjustment and power factor as the guarantee, urban planning represents the village administrative level, space location and under the influence of traditional village capital remains situation,to migration and rural land replacement as the way of space construction, functional replacement. It presents the first cycle represented by industrial space, the second cycle represented by industrial parks and residential areas, and the third cycle represented by consumption space. In the space of traditional village concentrated construction area,it presents the evolution characteristics of "tidal succession" between "old village and new village". |
