With the continuous improvement of the performance of the compressor, traditional research and design methods simply can not meet the actual demand.In this paper, use of traditional design methods for the type of VW reciprocating compressor calculation and design, and combined with CAE simulation software for design simulation results related to the analysis and design optimization.Improve design quality, shorten the development cycle and reduce development costs.In this paper, the type of VW-9/2-22 reciprocating compressor as the research object. On the basis of the principle of the compressor and mechanics work analysis, combined with design parameters and design principles of piston compressors, compressor complete thermodynamic calculations and structural design; On the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation, by means of the associated CAD software to complete the type of VW-9/2-22 reciprocating compressor design and build three-dimensional model;On the basis of the establishment of accurate three-dimensional model based on the use of CAE software related to important parts of the compressor simulation analysis, test design is reasonable given the same time, to identify shortcomings existing in the design, an optimization program; Finally, according to the simulation analysis results the results, combined with the results of an internal combustion engine part of the research, with the associated CAE software to complete optimization of the crankshaft parts, and optimization of inspection.Firstly, the research background and significance of the research status and development trend at home and abroad to do a detailed explanation, and for SolidWorks, ANSYS and other related CAD/CAE software for a simple introduction.Secondly, according to the traditional design methods, complete the relevant calculation and design the type of VW-9/2-22 reciprocating compressor, and use SolidWorks software to establish three-dimensional model of the type of VW-9/2-22 reciprocating compressor; Using ANSYS finite element analysis software for important parts of the compressor static analysis, modal analysis freedom, constraint modal analysis, and simulation results are detailed theoretical analysis.Last, combine the previous simulation results, combined with the research results of the internal combustion engine crankshaft to optimize the design and optimization have been tested.In this paper, the use of traditional design methods based on the VW-9/2-22 type reciprocating compressor design, through CAD/CAE technical methods, for VW-9/2-22 type reciprocating compressor important zero parts finite element analysis, combined with the simulation results, to optimize the design of the crank member. It provides a reference for the design and optimization design of the other models of the compressor.
