| Reciprocating compressor is a large volume equipment widely used in industrial production,mainly used to increase gas pressure and transport high-pressure gas.With the continuous expansion of industrial production needs,reciprocating compressors are developing towards the direction of super large,ultra-high pressure and intelligent.As the reciprocating compressor is a complex mechanical equipment,frequent failures will have a huge impact on production efficiency and production safety.A large number of production practices have found that the mechanical failures of reciprocating compressors are mainly caused by piston rings,gas valves and other parts,and the failure of gas valves accounts for the largest proportion.Therefore,it is very important to study the movement law of the air valve for prolonging the service life and working efficiency of the compressor.This paper takes "reciprocating compressor valve" as the research object,and combines the development status and existing problems of compressor valve at home and abroad,analyzes the characteristics of reciprocating compressor valve and optimizes the shape and structure of valve seat airway.The details are as follows:(1)Analyze the basic principle of the working process of the air valve,analyze and calculate the basic performance requirements of the air valve with basic theoretical knowledge,calculate the gas velocity through the air valve,and obtain the change of the gas flow in the air valve passage and the movement curve of the air valve slice.(2)The three-dimensional models of different shapes of valve port ports are established,and the fluid dynamics module in the finite element analysis is imported to carry out the steady-state analysis.The gas velocity vector and gas pressure in the ports with different shapes are obtained,and the optimal valve port shapes are designed.(3)According to the determination of the basic performance parameters of the valve and the shape of the valve port,the finite element fluid analysis is carried out for the valve seat port.From the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis results,the structure of the port is changed and optimized.(4)According to the transient analysis of the valve slice,the relationship between the valve slice thickness and lift is determined,and the valve slice thickness is optimized according to the analysis results.The simulation results show that the optimized valve clearance volume increases,the lift is higher,the flow section of the valve clearance is increased,the Mach number of the valve system is reduced,the pressure loss of the valve is reduced,and the working efficiency of the compressor is increased.This research provides a reliable reference for the design and development of reciprocating compressor. |
