With social progress and economic development, the construction scale of the project continues to expand. On indisputable fact that the development of traditional construction project management in construction projects lags the construction scale hinders the development of construction industry. In order to promote the development of construction engineering management and achievement of project objectives, manager must pay attention to innovative research on construction management model.First, according to construction management thought and construction management mechanism, we analyzes the main problems existing in construction management in this paper. And then the theoretical framework of construction management is formed. Second, on the base of comparative analysis of the current construction project management, we pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of various modes and integrated these construction management models to form the innovative framework project management. In the end, through the analysis of the specific project examples, we discuss the innovation of construction project management mechanism and strategy.Compared with the construction technology innovation, construction enterprises focus on construction management of innovation, which has more important theoretical and practical significance.
