The Research Of Information Obstacles And Countermeasures In Railway Station House Construction Project

In the middle and later periods of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", most of the “Four Trillion Yuan Stimulus Plan” has been completed, which has promoted the rapid development of railway construction projects. Station building construction projects are important parts of the entire railway construction projects, so the informatization of the projects is very important. However the levels of station building construction projects' informatization in China vary greatly, so how to enhance the levels of the projects' informatization to improve enterprise competitiveness becomes very necessary.In this context, this article surveyed and analyzed the obstacles to station building construction projects' informatization in China. Firstly, the relevant theories and methods of station building construction projects' informatization were summarized in this article. Secondly, the obstacles to station building construction projects' informatization are summarized, which are obtained through literature survey, questionnaire survey, Experts talks, fishbone diagram method etc. Thirdly, a credible evaluation index system for the obstacles, which is based on the gathered data, is developed. Finally, by application of the evaluation index system and quantitative analysis of the gathered data, the key obstacles are identified and analyzed, such as low management capacity, the poor quality of staff, inapplicability of hardware and software, lack of scientific plan and so on.In this study, not only the key obstacles to station building construction projects' informatization are identified, but also the corresponding suggestions for improvement and concrete measures are proposed. So, through this study, railway construction enterprises could acquire a scientific method to seek the key obstacles to station building construction projects' informatization and develop a scientific informatization construction program.
