Building informatization and industrialization are advancing each other in the process of development.Since the " internet plus" was put forward in 2012,the construction industry has entered an important transformation period.BIM technology is widely applied in the construction industry.Through the modeling function of BIM,engineering projects can build standardized components of building models,such as "missed and collision" inspection and simulation construction.These functions have great advantages in the process of assembly building construction,especially the standard design process in the design phase of the project,help to vigorously promote the standardization of building..In the process of industrial construction,the spatial optimization design of BIM technology helps to improve the quality of project design,reduce errors in design,and improve the design efficiency.Through the construction of the BIM model,the final 3D model can also generate 2D drawings directly.Compared with the design of direct 2D drawings,3D modeling improves the design precision and shortens the design time,thus greatly improving the efficiency of the design work.BI M applications in the design phase include collaborative design and design management.Through the application of parametric design,collaborative design,BIM model automatic inspection,engineering project performance analysis and simulation of constructi on process,and the combination of the building and the fabricated building will promote the process of building industrialization in China.However,because BIM is still in its infancy in China,there are still many obstacles,which affect the application of BIM in the process of building industrialization.By searching a large number of literatures at home and abroad,to carry out our project in the design stage to explore the factors BIM application obstacle,and then explore the integration and mutual promotion of informatization and industrialization.Through the literature provided out of 26 independent and has no affiliation to contain BIM factors in China’s construction industry application barrier,and then make a questionnaire based on these 26 obstacles,for construction practitioners to issue,recycling the questionnaire within the prescribed time period.Using the recycled questionnaire to make a sample matrix,screening out the relationship between the 26 obstacles by means of factor analysis.With the help of SPSS21.0 software,the sample matrix is introduced into the software,calculate the common influence factors,eliminate 4 factors that have no common factors.Four common obstacles are identified according to the results of the software,classifying the degree of association between the obstacle factor and the four obstacle factors.Name these four barriers: External environment barrier,External coordination obstacle,Internal objective obstacle and Internal subjective obstacle.AHP was applied to evaluate these obstacles.Firstly,according to the factor analysis method,the obstacle factors and common factors are layered according to the target layer,the criterion layer and the scheme layer.Constructing a BIM application barrier hierarchical model at the design stage,and then through the expert scoring method,to comparisons were scored,sorting the weight of its influence,finally,according to the results of the study,analyze the BIM barrier factors at the current design stage.According to the results,the pertinent measures and suggestions to promote the application of BIM at the design stage are proposed.Through BIM application case analysis of fabricated building,according to BIM application process at design stage,building an obstacle model,it is verified that BIM is consistent with the application barrier in the process of assembly engineering project design under the background of current construction industrialization development.The research results show that the main obstacles of BIM application in engineering project design stage under the background of construction industrialization are national policy and owner support,and the solutions,suggestions and countermeasures for design enterprises and national standards are put forward respectively,which is expected to have certain application value and guiding significance for promoting the development of construction industrialization in China.
