With the rapid development of China's economy,facing the current severe environmental problems,there are higher requirements for the comprehensive utilization of energy.Clean energy will be incorporated into the power system with a higher growth trend.It is difficult to meet the requirements of the power grid in terms of safety and economy only by the power generation side to meet the load demand.As an active response method,interruptible load in demand response can optimize the load structure and improve the ability of the system to absorb clean energy through the two-way information interaction between the grid dispatching center and consumers,which has become an important means of economic dispatching of power grid.In this paper,interruptible load,direct load control and wind power are included in the economic dispatch.The uncertain factors in the dispatch process are analyzed,and the system constraints are comprehensively considered to explore the day ahead economic dispatch.According to the different characteristics of interruptible capacity,interruptible time,sustainable interrupting time,scheduling mechanism,advance notice time,compensation price,penalty price and so on,this paper puts forward a specific and feasible scheduling scheme for the interruptible load and direct load control of demand side scheduling resources.In the smart grid environment,consumers report the next day maintenance plan and the next day power conservation plan by using the "intelligent interaction" technology.By using the average method,the consumer baseline load forecasting method based on information interaction is proposed to determine the optimal range of consumer load reduction,and the potential of consumers with interruptible load and consumers with direct load control is deeply explored to make them in the optimal outage state State.According to the actual load reduction situation,the mechanism of compensation and punishment is used to settle the consumer's expenses.Reasonable compensation and punishment can fully stimulate the consumer's response potential.When using direct load control,grid dispatching center or load aggregator should consider many factors,such as weather,holidays and so on,and choose the optimal control scheme which is similar to the consumer's preference comfort to avoid the consumer's independent exit from the control,so as to maintain a good load reduction situation.According to the day ahead economic dispatch model,considering the interruptible load,direct load control and wind power access of risk assessment and opportunity constraints,according to the day ahead unit combination model,the call state of unit and interruptible load in each period is determined first,and the economic dispatch of direct load control is taken into account in the dispatch process.The model is optimized by using the momentum of wind wave and the primal dual interior point method.On this basis,an optimal strategy of day ahead stochastic economic dispatch based on interruptible load is proposed.
