With the development of building energy efficiency and the scarcity of traditional energy, the development and utilization of new energy has been concerned. In building consumption, a large amount of public building energy is wasted seriously. In public buildings, due to the large areas of office construction and the high standard of architectural design, office buildings have become one of the large energy consumption. On the use of new energy, compared with non-photovoltaic office buildings, the initial construction cost on building-integrated PV of office building is a bit high, but it does not offset the cost of building materials, effectively reduce photovoltaic system for building cooling and heat load, and benefit from the power. Additionally, huge propaganda ability of photovoltaic building and social influence are not taken into consideration. Only considering the early stage of investment, therefore, is not appropriate. The expenditure and earnings of office building photovoltaic integration should be fully and accurately analyzed to evaluate its feasibility. By analyzing the optimization at various stages of photovoltaic building integrated office, the office building and photovoltaic system effectively combined to reduce construction cost, increase yield, and to be accepted quickly by society. As a result, the economic analysis of the research provided by the whole life cycle of photovoltaic system for office building energy is of great significance.Different designs of different situations(such as climate, budget, aesthetics, etc.) will have an impact on office buildings with the combination of photovoltaic system. Through the comprehensive consideration, this paper, taking the Xinjiang region as an example, will discuss office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas and the feasible design countermeasure of photovoltaic integration, to find out new ways to office building energy consumption problems. In recent years, the advantage of solar energy utilization is valued increasingly by all over the world. Good solar resources in Xinjiang and the special geographic location make photovoltaic utilization better than that of other areas. This paper will analyze the solar PV development in Xinjiang areas through selecting independent complete office building model. Moreover, for the position of photovoltaic system in the office building, a detailed analysis of the problems such as location, orientation and angle should be investigated, to improve the life cycle of whole photovoltaic building utilization efficiency by combining efficient photovoltaic system with office buildings. Finally, through computer simulation software and data calculation means, there is a comparison on the life cycle between office building energy consumption of photovoltaic(pv) system and that of non-photovoltaic office buildings. And then the economic returns without installed PV systems in office buildings will be estimated in the life cycle by using the differential net present value approach.This article will discuss the economic analysis from the perspective of the whole life cycle, not only to make full use of the suitable photovoltaic products, but also to design the new buildings reasonably by applying photovoltaic systems integration, which will increase investors' confidence, shift people's life habits and living concept, encourage the government and people to extensive use of solar photovoltaic products, and truly implement the "construction of the intensive society", to provide the reference and guidance for the future design of office building photovoltaic integration in some new areas.
