| With the development of Chinese urbanization process and the urban construction scale expands unceasingly, the number of large buildings becomes more and more. At present building energy consumption accounts for about one-third of the total social energy consumption in our country, and with the development of science and people’s living standards, Building energy consumption has a tendency to grow persistently. Therefore, through various means to reduce building energy consumption has important practical significance for saving construction cost, reducing energy consumption and building a conservation-minded society. According to the statistics, the total area of large public building is less than4%of the town buildings’in our country, but energy consumption accounts for about22%of the total power consumption of town in the nation. Thus it can be seen that the energy consumption level of large public is several times of ordinary building in China, and its overall energy efficiency is far lower than developed countries. So large public building is the main body and focus of energy conservation in our country.As an important part of large public building, office building energy-saving renovation work is actively supported by the National standards and policies. In the office building energy-saving renovation project, people often focus on energy-using equipment unit product upgrades and technical improvements in building, while ignoring the energy-saving space of user side. The using of energy-using equipment has a regular start-stop time, but a lot of energy-using equipment are long time running or standby with no one in what due to the user’s error and energy saving consciousness, that results a lot of energy in waste. According to related statistics, in public buildings energy consumption which caused by personal unreasonable using accounts for about30%of its total energy consumption.This paper makes a comprehensive research of the indoor electric equipment terminal energy control in office building. The system which considers indoor temperature and people existing or not as the main environmental monitoring parameters, and in view of the office schedule and actual requirements, such as work overtime, makes a energy control in the terminal electric equipment, to reduce the unreasonable energy consumption of energy-using equipment such as light, office facilities and decentralized air, so that to get the purpose of improving building energy efficiency. In addition, the system can collect the information of indoor electric equipment energy consumption real-time, and has the function of exporting the data of indoor environment parameters and electricity equipment working status information to the building energy efficiency management PC, so that to dock with the energy consumption monitoring platform.In this paper, the control strategy of system is main based on the indoor dynamic environment, office characteristics, actual demand and so on factors, to achieve controlling indoor light, office socket, distributed air condition and other special electrical equipment on the device end. In addition, the system overall control model, energy consumption monitoring model and execution model are established to achieve the functions of energy saving controlling as well as the electricity information and equipment running status monitoring. They are important for system design and have a great theoretical guiding significance to find out the terminal electric equipment energy-controlling model as well as the law of "behavior energy-conserving", which are based on the indoor dynamic environment and aimed at improving building energy efficiency ratio.The system adopts DS18B20to gather the indoor temperature and ZINF20to gather the indoor personnel, and through the room inspection unit to realize the dynamic environment information. System master control unit-floor area controller adopts RS485to communicate with room inspection unit, and through the CAN bus to dock with building management computer. The system aims at improving office building energy efficiency ratio maximum on the premise of meeting the function of buildings. So it has favorable social and environmental benefit and good development prospects. |
