Recently, the large span spatial steel structure has developed rapidly in domestic. The development of its structural form is increasingly complicated with the increasing demands of people, but also the shape is growing. Thus, the complexity and security requirements of construction gradually increased. In each stage of the construction, because of its own forms are changing with the construction process, and the structure form?construction conditions, situation of supporting system are different at every stage. These can lead to the stiffness, load and boundary conditions of the structure has been changing, and this construction process of mechanical analysis is very complex. In order to ensure the safety of large span space structure during the construction, it is necessary to analyze and research its construction technology.This paper takes the example of Foshan city's large span latticed shell as the object of study, this structural forms is a large span steel roof composed of a large number of single layer cylindrical lattice shell elements. The roof plane projection size is 64.6m *210.1m, using the cumulative slip construction method to install. This paper analyze the application of cumulative slip construction technology systematically, and the optimization design of the construction scheme is also discussed. Finally, offer the reference value for the similar project.:Firstly, this paper summarizes the general construction methods and related techniques, applicable scope and characteristics of each construction method, and then select a suitable construction method for the lattice shell project before considering the actual construction conditions. study on the technology of construction. And then find a suitable scheme of building construction, Introduce the pre-stress is as a temporary measure to control the stress and deformation of the structure during the construction stage, designed the construction scheme of the project. Using the finite element software to s track internal force and deformation of each member in the whole construction stage for the safety evaluation. And analyzes the principle and the effect of the pre-stress construction control.Secondly, in order to solve the calculation problem which lack of scientific in the construction control, this paper analyze the impact of pre-stress on the cumulative slip construction, using the rule of the impact to optimize the pre-stress control scheme.Finally, In order to prevent something happen that lead to the conventional slip method might not achieve the requirements of the completion time, this paper come up with the construction scheme of symmetric synchronous sliding on both sides for shorten the construction time as an alternative construction scheme. Supplement the technology of synchronous sliding control, the finite element analysis of the sliding track system.
