In recent years, the bridge structure tends to be large-scale and complex. Accordingly, the structure construction becomes more and more complex, which brings new challenges to construction control technology. The traditional construction control technology limits the amount of recognizable control parameters due to less measured data point, posing adverse influence on the construction control of bridge engineering. The incremental launching construction method has broad prospects as a kind of effective construction method. On the basis of deep research on the current situation, application and development of digital image technology, virtual reality technology and incremental launching method construction control technology at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the construction control method taking virtual construction environment created with virtual reality technology as the platform and taking the digital image technology as the detection method. The main work is shown as follows:(1)In theory, elaborate the digital image edge detection method of several sub-pixel precision levels and then introduce the main process of image measurement technology, namely image preprocessing(image cutting, image grey processing, image filtering processing) and image edge detection steps.(2)Use digital image edge detection method to conduct continuous beam incremental launching construction test, write the program of edge detection and fitting and optimizing of polynomial to conduct edge detection on the experimental model. Process the image results obtained from the experimental detection and compare the data with the calculation value of finite element analysis.(3)Create the environment for virtual construction with VRML software and lead the deformation of bridge detection in real environment into the virtual environment. obtain the performance in virtual construction environment with the calculation and deformation data in the former stage. Adjust and verify the construction control in the later phase according to the difference and similarity of both.(4) According to the bridge construction control contents and influence factors, comprehensively analyze the key factors in incremental launching construction control, conduct continuous box beam incremental launching construction strain control simulation experiment and complete the processing and analysis of finite element calculation and measured data.
