Facing the high energy consumption, heavy pollution and low recovery rate of the construction environment, the 13 th Five-Year Plan clearly put forward to promote green building and green construction technology in the construction industry and advance structure optimization and service mode including construction, materials and information technology.Our country being in high speed of urbanization,the urbanization rate of China is expected to reach 60% by 2020.At the same time, the new type of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system constantly emerges, such as superimposed slab concrete shear wall structure, the prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall structure(NPC) and the unbonded prestressed fabricated shear wall structure, thus building industrialization in our country is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The development of our country construction industrialization process is boosted by Building information model(BIM) and the radio frequency(RFID) technology.BIM is 3D model to integrate the whole life cycle of building engineering information,which contains visualization, collision check, automatic statistical quantities and virtual construction, etc.And RFID technology can be established to track the whole process of design, manufacture of transportation and installation information system.They realize building informationization, industrialization and intensification management mode.In short,construction industrialization and informationization construction is promoted to conducive the goal of green building which means energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving and environmental protection.A preliminary research is explored in superimposed slab concrete shear wall structure based on BIM in order to provide references for similar project.This article main research content is as follows:(1) Superimposed slab concrete shear wall structure component family was established by Revit Structure software, such as lattice steel, superimposed board,superimposed wall, precast staircase and balcony so on,which establishes the composite slab concrete shear wall structure of whole construction analysis model,construction site layout, etc.(2) The visualization of BIM is used to analyze dynamic layout scheme of the construction site simulation and material yard, machinery in and out of the route arrangement plan, and to chuck the collision of the vertical composite wallboard andunidirectional composite floor level at the connection point reinforced node reinforced.(3) By combining with the prefabricated ID code based on BIM model with RFID technology, the whole life cycle information tracking system is set up on the prefabricated design, the production of transportation and construction of to realize the information integration.(4) The 4D construction schedule model of the superimposed slab concrete shear wall structure is established by Navisworks Manage software and Project 2010 to research the management process.
